We have great news!!  In the next few weeks we will once again begin shipping products to our customers. We have obtained a new private shipping company to handle our shipping needs. However, since this shipping company is “new”, we understand that they still have some bugs to be worked out with their service, so although we could start shipping immediately, we feel it is in our customer’s best interest to wait a couple weeks for this new company to smooth out all the current wrinkles in their shipping procedures.

That being said, we would like to explain to you the protocol we must follow in order to ship with this new company.  In order to be compliant with the PACT ACT, the maximum order per day any customer can order cannot be over 10 lbs. So new ordering rules are as follows: 

1.      Small box – holds up to 6 cartons will cost a flat rate shipping/handling fee of $15.95

Large box – holds up to 12 cartons will cost a flat rate s/h fee of $17.95

2.      All orders MUST be signed for by an adult over the age of 18 years old. Or a signed door knocker must be in place if no one will be at home at the time of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS. (details to follow later)

3.      Also, since this new shipping company is not affiliated with the US Postal Service, NO PO BOX addresses will be accepted. All orders must have a home delivery address to be shipped.

We will no longer have a toll-free call in number, but since most people have unlimited long distance service with their existing phone company, we feel not providing a toll-free number will not put a burden on most of our customers. However, if by some chance you do not have unlimited long distance phone service, all you have to do is shoot us an email with your contact information and we will be more than happy to call you back to place an order.  One other thing to mention is that for the time being, we will only be accepting mail in checks and money orders for payment. We may, in the future, depending on how things progress, offer electronic check payments again.

** As things progress with this new shipping company, more states will be added to the available delivery list. The next three states slated to be added will be Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.  All the following states will be added at a yet to be determined later date: CA, TX, AZ, WI, FL, and MD.
