UPDATE 7/30/2010: 

Unfortunately we WERE NOT successful this time in federal court and the judge DID NOT grant us a permanent injunction; therefore we are no longer legally allowed to ship products via the US Postal Service, and to do so will result in a felony charge. We are filing an appeal against the federal courts ruling, so at this time we ask that you check back with us periodically for any updates on the matter.
