Zone 1, (NJ, OH, PA, IL, MA, ME) 1 carton: $4.00 - .75 per carton thereafter. 

Zone 2, 3, 4: (CT, DE, DC, MD, MI, IN, KY, NH, NC, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV, WI)  1 carton: $4.00 - $1.25 per carton thereafter.

Zone 5 (AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, KS, MN, MS, MO, NE, ND, SD) 1 carton: $5.50 - $1.25 per carton thereafter.

Zone 6 (CO, LA, OK, TX, WY)  1 carton :  $6.00 - $1.25 per carton thereafter.

Zone 7 (MT, NM, UT) 1 carton:  $6.50 - $1.25 per carton thereafter.

Zone 8 (AK, AZ, CA, HI, ID, NV, OR, WA) 1 carton: $7.00 - $1.25 per carton thereafter.
