SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please know that we strive to process and ship our customers orders as quickly as we are able to; however, due to the recent import stamping regulations by our tribe, there is a two business day delay in receiving our stock from our supplier. For all current customers, most orders are shipped out within 4 business days after we process your electronic check payment, depending on availability of the product(s) you request.  There is a mandatory 3 business day electronic check clearance time for all NEW customers, after which, we will ship out your order. We ship orders Mondays thru Fridays. In order to avoid running out of your smokes, we strongly encourage our customers to place your orders in advance to allow adequate time for us to fill and ship your order.  Thank you.

Priority Mail shipping costs are as follows: (As of 02/19//09 postage increase to correspond with the US Priority Mail increase that was effective 1/18/09)

ZONE 1:  Includes the following states: NJ, OH, PA, IL, MA, ME:   1 carton = $4.00 - $1.00  per carton thereafter.

ZONE 2, 3, 4: Includes the following states:  CT, DE, DC, MD, MI, IN, KY, NH, NC, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV, WI:  1 carton = $4.00 - $1.50 per carton thereafter.

ZONE 5:  Includes the following states:  AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, KS, MN, MS, MO, NE, ND, SD:   1 carton = $5.50 - $1.50 per carton thereafter.

ZONE 6:  Include the following states:  CO, LA, OK, TX, WY: 1 carton = $6.00 - $1.50 per carton thereafter.

ZONE 7:  Includes the following states:  MT, NM, UT: 1 carton = $6.50 - $1.50 per carton thereafter.

ZONE 8:  Includes the following states:  AK, AZ, CA, HI, ID, NV, OR, WA: 1 carton = $7.00 - $1.50 per carton thereafter. 

IMPORTANT:  PLEASE NOTE:

Insurance coverage is available at an additional charge.  It only costs a few extra dollars, and it is highly recommended, as WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for any lost packages shipped via US priority mail that is not insured.  Insurance coverage is determined by the replacement cost of the items that you order.  If you would like to insure your package, please state this in the checkout section of the shopping cart, and we will let you know the total cost prior to shipping.  Thank You.**   (Shipping charges are subject to amendments at our discretion).

Please make sure that you give us your complete delivery address, including Apt. #, Suite, Floor, etc. 

PAPER CHECK POLICY

All orders paid by check will be held until check clears our bank.  We will also charge a $25.00 fee for all checks that are returned to us for insufficient funds or any other reasons.

ELECTRONIC CHECK POLICY

All electronic check transactions that are returned to for any reasons will be charged $2.95 return check fee, which our check processor charges us per return check incident.  We can attempt to reprocess the same electronic check three (3) times, after which that particular check will no longer be valid.  We will add the return check fee your check total before we reprocess your electronic check.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All items may be exchanged up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you order a wrong item(s) and we send you exactly what you requested, we will exchange that item(s), but it will be at your expense to return the WRONG item(s) to us via United States Mail. We will send you the new (correct) item(s) as soon as we receive your returned item(s). You will also be accessed the cost of shipping the new item(s) back to you.

If you order the right item(s) and we erroneously send you the wrong item(s), please contact us and we will arrange for your item to be returned and exchanged at our expense.
